The town representatives, who were always full of joy and energy, suddenly stopped laughing and started walking around with sad faces. It was a place where laughter could be heard even on the streets at three in the morning and no one was ever sad. But now everyone looked depressed. Ela, an eight-year-old girl with curly blonde hair, fair skin and big blue eyes, was known for always seeing the positive. And her friend, Bean, was not only a dog, but also an endless source of jokes and funny faces. Ela and Bean decided to investigate this mysterious change.
