Maks and Hania were spending a summer afternoon in the old garage converted into a workshop that had belonged to their inventor grandfather. Piles of screws and toothed boxes piled up in the corners, and a screwdriver on a rubber band dangled from the ceiling. It was anything but tidy. They both loved the place not only because of the bizarre objects, but also because of Zuzka the cyber pig - the world's first pig robot, who wore green glasses and sometimes grunted in French. Grandpa always said: "In this workshop, everything is possible! Even if it shouldn't be". On this day, Maks was holding a remote control with the words "DO NOT PUSH - especially if you are hungry". Of course, the first thing he did was press the red button. With a loud clang, a jar of pickles suspended from a balloon shot out of the corner. - Oy, was that even legal? - asked Hania, making big eyes. A purple light flashed on the wall and an IMPOSSIBLE JOKE MACHINE came out from under the table. It looked like a combination of a toaster and a candyfloss machine and had plastic moustaches stuck on. - Zuzka, activate super roar mode! - chuckled Maks half-jokingly. The cyber-pig whirred, then began to play the 'Happy Birthday' tune on the trumpet through its tail. The machine purred menacingly and... a voice rang out from inside: - Get ready for the WORLD'S WORST pranks! Countdown: three... two... one... Coloured smoke billowed through the window, an upside-down bench rose from the floor, and Grandpa ran inside in his unicorn pyjamas, holding a sausage umbrella. - What's going on here? Did someone just trigger my ... no, probably not... At that moment the machine beeped even louder, and something that looked like a flying cucumber sandwich appeared in the air. Zuzka started chasing it around the workshop, Hania was laughing so hard her stomach hurt, and Maks was trying to push the switch, which had just started glowing neon pink. Then MA SZ YNA flashed all the lights and suddenly the room was filled with even crazier sounds.... And then a quiet knocking sounded from the cupboard. Someone - or something - was trying to get out.
