Mystery of the Emerald Clock

In the small town of Olszynka, where the leaves of the trees never stopped rustling and the old lanterns twinkled as if they knew the world's most beautiful secrets, lived three friends: Lena, Marek and Zuzka. Every afternoon they met in Mrs Isolde's library, smelling of dust, leather and a hint of vanilla. One rainy Friday, as the drops drummed on the roof like the astonished fingers of a giant, the children decided to explore the oldest corner of the building - the dusty, padlocked floor. Mrs Isolde, winking communicatively, handed them an old brass key.
The upstairs corridor was narrow and dark. On either side stood shelves of bizarre books: stories about dragons, spells and star travel. As Lena tried to peek behind the heavy curtain, her fingers came across something hard - an emerald clock with a carved frame that no palace master would be proud of.
"Look!" - she called out, and Marek and Zuzka came closer. The hands of the clock were moving in the opposite direction to usual, and the green stones shimmered with light, although no one had lit the lamp. Suddenly, a quiet whisper rang out among the silent ticking: "You who have found the way, you shall know the secret of time.... Dare, and you will pass on."
The children looked at each other, their hearts beating faster. Susie gently touched the emerald stone - and then a luminous crack appeared on the wall, which slowly grew, revealing a swirling tunnel full of coloured lights....
Would they choose to enter the tunnel? What awaits on the other side? It all depends on them...
